What the role looks like
n
n
Brand & Visual Direction: Lead and evolve Eva's visual identity across all customer touch points.
n
Define and evolve creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and retail activations.
n
Set and maintain graphic design standards, guidelines, and systems.
n
Art direct studio and location photoshoots, overseeing styling direction, lighting, set choices and talent where required.
n
Prepare creative presentations, mood boards and concept decks that communicate the vision for each campaign.
n
Creative Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to designers, ensuring high-quality creative output across all projects.
n
Inspire innovative thinking, pushing Eva's creative expression while keeping it aligned to business and brand goals.
n
Campaign & Digital Design: Oversee the development of creative assets across digital and offline channels.
n




Translate briefs into compelling creative that resonates with Eva's customers.
n
Guide the execution of retouching, video editing, and asset delivery, maintaining high production standards.
n
Ensure the website's UX/UI reflects and reinforces Eva's brand identity, taking ownership of the visual standards that guide it.
n
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay across cultural and design trends, identifying opportunities to evolve Eva's brand expression.
n
Proactively research and implement industry trends, innovative techniques and AI platforms.
n
Champion process improvements to make design systems more efficient and scalable.
n
Actively contribute to Eva's culture by living our values - open kitchen, own it, here to serve, and better together.

What you look like
n
n
Superb design skills and mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
n
Experience in a similar role, preferably for 4+ years.
n
An expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, and multi-channel design.
n
An eye for creating visually appealing content across social media, display, website design, and various other fun channels.
n
An understanding of the challenges and opportunities in digital marketing,



and the ability to leverage them to achieve great results.
n
A passion for making a positive impact in the world and thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
n
The ability to work effectively in a small, agile team, always learning, and transforming bold ideas into actionable strategies.
n
Excellent project management skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
n
A strong attention to detail.
n
Familiarity with design for print.
n

Previous experience in e-commerce.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
