Job Description
The Personnel Group is seeking an Employment Pathways Mentor to support customers through the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will provide tailored mentoring, promote inclusive practices, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-employment preparation to work.

The role is full time based in Wollongong and Corrimal, with occasional regional travel to engage with customers and deliver services. Strong communication and collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
