We're looking for a technically capable Systems Engineer to play a critical role in configuring, testing and supporting the delivery of Rauland solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
n
Working closely with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery, Product and customers, you'll translate requirements into technically sound configurations and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support clinical and operational outcomes. You'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and remain supportable throughout their lifecycle.

What you bring
n
n
Experience configuring, implementing or supporting technology platforms, systems or networks.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
n
Knowledge of IP networking,
telecommunications,
VoIP or digital communication technologies.
n
Experience with Linux, Windows Server or related infrastructure technologies.
n
Ability to interpret customer and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation and quality.
n
A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
