n
CPEng, NER highly desirable
n
Portfolio of concrete-framed buildings

Steel framing and CLT highly regarded

Mentoring and leadership skills

8+ years consultancy experience in Australia
n
Experience in the Sydney market is a must
n
CPEng required
n
$150K and above for the right person
n
Extensive project management skills, from early concept stage
n
Oversee delivery, DD and QA of design by others
n
Client account management, maintain relationships
n
Inspiring leader, ability to mentor&empower; others

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

Senior and Associate positions require Engineers with some "been there, done that" in the local Sydney market. All of the usual design techniques, software knowledge and project management skills are a given. These groups are seeking engineers who can drive a project from day one, empower a team, and satisfy clients.
