About Splash Paediatric Therapy

Splash Paediatric Therapy (SPT) is a multidisciplinary paediatric practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Mental Health and Physiotherapy services to children and their families. Our team of clinicians and administrative staff work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, family-centred care that supports children to participate and thrive within their communities.

The Role
n
You'll work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing assessment and therapy services to children with a range of developmental needs. The role involves close collaboration with families, educators, and community services to deliver goal-directed, meaningful interventions.
n
We provide a structured induction, ongoing supervision and support, and targeted career development to build your skills and confidence in paediatric psychology.
n
About You
n
You're a psychologist who enjoys working with children and families.
n
You:
n
n
Build rapport easily and communicate clearly with families and stakeholders
n
Apply sound clinical reasoning to assessment and goal-directed intervention
n
Are comfortable providing consultations to kindergartens, schools, and community services
n
Work proactively while valuing regular supervision, feedback, and team connection
n
n
You'll be supported through weekly 1:1 check-ins, access to an approachable leadership team, and a workplace that prioritises professional development and wellbeing.

You will need to tick these boxes too:

Qualifications in Psychology
n
AHPRA Registration
n
Board certification with the Psychology Board of Australia
n
WWCC (or ability to obtain one)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers' Licence & Vehicle
