The Role
n
As our In-Trade Marketing Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between brand strategy and on the ground sales performance. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Planning and running marketing campaigns across retail, venues, and events to support sales growth
n
Advising management on campaign strategy, brand positioning, and how we reach target audiences
n
Oversight and management of production of campaign materials including artwork, copy, and content within time and budget
n
Analysing consumer data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision making
n
Researching demand for new and existing products and backing recommendations with data
n
Having input across the wider marketing mix including pricing, promotion, and distribution




n
Organising venue launches, brand activations, tastings, and seasonal promotions
n
Working with the sales team on activation plans and promotional concepts to grow distribution
n
Building our in house digital and social media advertising capability over time
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or hospitality
n
AQF Bachelor Degree or equivalent OR at least 5 years of relevant & related experience is desirable
n
A strategic thinker who can plan campaigns, not just run them
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
n
A confident communicator who can work across sales, design, and management
n
Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across the region as needed
n
Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings based on trade and event activity
n
A love for premium beer and a strong connection to the hospitality scene
n
