As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and lead the delivery of high-profile security projects across commercial, enterprise and government sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will:
n
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects across Brisbane and beyond
n
Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
n
Collaborate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and technicians to resolve technical challenges and maintain quality standards
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations across all worksites
n
Act as a key point of contact for customers, building trust and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
n
Prepare and maintain project documentation including ITPs, ITCs, cable schedules, drawings, and commissioning reports
n
Support tender responses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability
n
Skills & Qualifications
n
5+ years' experience in project management within the electronic security or related industry
n
Strong understanding of electronic security platforms and integration (Genetec, Axis, Avigilon, Integriti)
n
Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high customer satisfaction
n
Excellent organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
n
Robust commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting
n
Current Driver's Licence and Security Industry Licence
n
