You will review information, prepare resident agreements and update databases in a quick-paced, high-volume workflow using Epicor, NeRA and Microsoft CRM.
The role requires strong data entry skills, excellent organization, and a customer‐focused mindset to support onboarding, compliance and stakeholder relations.
