Located in the industrial area in Ballarat.

Role:
n
Senior role overseeing the day to day running of our busy factory
n
Organising and ordering different materials and parts from different suppliers
n
Schedule workflow, staff, customer collection and delivery dates
n
Run through the basic operations with the customer when collecting from the factory
n
Take calls to answer questions when the customer has queries/ troubleshoot difficulties operating the machines
n
Required:
n
Experience in a similar role in the caravan or trailer industry, managing a warehouse, logistics, scheduling jobs and staff
n
A mechanical or boiler making background would be ideal,



so you have a general understanding and knowledge in parts for manufacturing our product
n
Excellent communication and staff management skills
n
You will be able to work unsupervised, be proactive and have an eye for detail
n
You will need to be a reliable self-starter; able to accurately organise yourself daily to meet deadlines
n
This role is FULL TIME: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
n
We manufacture commercial trailers and machinery in Ballarat VIC.
n
