Job Description
Clarence Restaurant on Fish Lane, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager / Bar Manager to lead the front-of-house and take ownership of the bar, cocktails and beverage service.

This hands-on role works closely with the Restaurant Manager to mentor the FOH team, manage bookings and service flow, uphold RSA and licensing standards, and help continually elevate the dining experience.
