We're searching for a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team, helping automotive dealerships thrive with next-gen software solutions. You'll be the face of a leading portfolio of automotive software products - including CRM systems, customer comms, digital documents, online marketplaces, and rego solutions - helping dealerships across VIC streamline their operations and boost profitability.

Responsibilities
n
n
Win new business and hit sales targets (capital, recurring & unit-based)
n
Build long-term relationships with dealership stakeholders
n




Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts
n
Present tailored solutions with clear ROI benefits
n
Stay updated on automotive trends and industry changes
n
Work closely with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure client success
n
Keep CRM and reporting accurate and up-to-date
n
n
Experience
n
n
Previous experience in B2B sales or account management (ideally in software or automotive)
n
A solid track record of hitting targets and driving growth
n
Great communicator with strong relationship management skills
n
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools
n
A current driver's licence and your own vehicle
n
n
Ideal but not essential:
n
n
A background working with Automotive / Car Dealerships, OEMs, Truck, Ag, Marine, Motorcycle
n
Familiarity with dealer management systems, CRM platforms, or digital marketing tools
n
