We are looking for a Clean & Pack Specialist to join our team!
n
Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour
n
n
Follow work instructions, job specifications, and packaging requirements as assigned
n
n
n
Accurately record job start times and completion times, material usage, and label
n
n
requirements
n
n
Prepare finished parts or products for packaging, including trimming, cleanup, and visual
n
n
inspection for obvious defects
n
n
Monitor product quality during packaging activities and report quality concerns or
n
n
discrepancies to supervision promptly
n
n




Temporarily pause packaging or sorting activities when quality issues are identified; follow
n
n
escalation procedure as necessary
n
n
Maintain organization and proper rotation of materials and finished goods in accordance with
n
n
FIFO and inventory control practices
n
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
n
n
n
Adhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures
n
n
n
Meet or exceed established productivity, efficiency and quality targets
n
n
n
Cross-train and provide support to other departments as needed to meet production schedules
n
and deadlines
n

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required
n
n
n
Experience working in a computer-based environment with business or ERP software
n
n
n
Basic math skills

n
Robust attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
