Distinct Landscapes is looking for an experienced Horticulture Team Leader to manage the maintenance of high-end residential gardens across Sydney.

What you'll do

Lead a small team to deliver premium garden maintenance
n
Prune, fertilise, diagnose plant health issues & manage irrigation
n
Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice
n
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Cert III in Horticulture (or working towards) or 2+ yrs leading a team
n
Proven experience maintaining high-end gardens
n
Great plant knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
n
Current driver's license (manual preferred)
n
WHS White Card (required)
n
n
