Key Responsibilities

Disassemble, inspect, repair, and test seals, couplings, and equipment.

Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
n
Plan and schedule repairs.
n
Collect data to support engineering material selection.
n
Prepare repair quotes with documentation.
n
Support root cause analysis.
n
Troubleshoot issues and suggest reliability improvements.
n
Collaborate with sales/technical teams on new opportunities.
n
Coordinate and attend customer site visits (e.g. oil & gas, mining).
n
Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.
n
Prepare and submit performance and operational reports.

Requirements
n
n
Must be legally authorised to work in Australia without restrictions.
n
Requires a minimum of two years' experience in servicing, repairing, and testing mechanical seals, couplings, and other rotating machinery.
n
Hands-on experience like machining (turning, drilling, milling)
n
Strong sense of accountability with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
n
Capability to mentor and support team members.
n
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in the workplace.
