Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to work Casual at our Tweed Heads Facility. You will assess, plan and manage nursing care for residents, develop personalised care plans, and participate in quarterly evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
Ideal candidates hold RN Division 1 with AHPRA registration and have a minimum of 2 years' RN experience in aged care. Knowledge of ANACC assessments and funding submissions is advantageous.
