Key Responsibilities
n
Forecasting and Planning ("FP&A;")
n
Create, manage, and submit Budget & Forecasts.
n
Report and Explain variances to outlook/plan/prior year in a clear manner
n




Establish accuracy in results by anticipating surprises and holding others accountable to outlook
n
Support in quarterly presentations
n
Work closely with Accounting Manager to ensure that Inventory and Cost Accounting processes are in place and metrics established
n
Operations
n
Continuously challenge the organization to simplify and to deliver incremental improvements
n
Model out different scenarios for the business (break-even analysis, cost reduction targets)
n
Evaluate the merits of Capital Expenditures (payback, EBITDA impact, cash flow analysis)
n
Track and measure true impact on P&L; of Pricing Actions and Process improvement initiatives.
n
Education & Experience Requirements
n
Bachelor's degree in Business, prefer accounting or finance or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
n
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
n
