We're Looking For Someone Who...
n
n
Has a minimum of 8 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
n




Has proven experience working on high-end architecturally designed homes and luxury residential projects.
n
Can confidently install, commission and fault-find VRV/VRF systems, including associated control systems.
n
Can independently manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
n
Can read and interpret architectural plans and confidently communicate with builders, clients, architects and other trades.
n
Produces neat, high-quality workmanship and takes pride in every installation.
n
Has excellent time management, communication and customer service skills.
n
Is reliable, motivated and enjoys working within a professional team.
n
Leads by example and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
n
Is willing to travel throughout the Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle when required.
n
Wants to build a long-term career with a company that recognises and rewards quality work.

Essential Requirements
n
n
Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician
n
Current ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
Current White Card
n
Current Manual Driver Licence
n
Demonstrated experience installing and commissioning VRV/VRF systems and controls
n
Proven experience delivering high-end architectural residential projects
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
EWP Licence
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Experience leading projects and mentoring apprentices
n
n
