We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to enhance our creative culinary team and curate memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
n

Collaborate with senior chefs while guiding and training junior chefs.
n
Assist in food preparation, adhering to our ethos of minimal to zero food wastage.
n
Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, contributing creative ideas.
n
Maintain high-quality standards during busy service.
n
Foster positive relationships between back of house and front of house.
n
Uphold HACCP standards and impeccable hygiene practices.
n
Accommodate "off the menu" guest requests with flexible alternatives.
n
Stay updated with menu developments and production techniques.
n

Qualifications:

1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a bustling kitchen.

Passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
n
Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
n
High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.

Flexible work ethic to cover a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
