The opportunity

Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join the growing Sydney team. If you have experience working in Employment Services or Customer Service/Admin and are looking to transition into Recruitment, this could be the role for you!

This role will focus on new candidates, build and maintain relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.

Identify, screen, interview and place candidates
n




Ability to recruit high volume within blue collar industries
n
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
n
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
n
Maintain database accuracy and general administration
n
n
Experience and Attitude
n
n
Motivated, Autonomous & results focused
n
Experience preferred in a customer focused industry, most of all you need drive and urgency!!
n
Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
n
A desire to learn, be a part of a team and have fun!
