We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Scrub Nurse to join our busy and fast paced Theatre team at Dudley Private Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time chance.

About the Role
n
As a Scrub and Circulating Nurse, you will:
n
n
Providesafe perioperative care by preparing the operating theatre
n
Maintainthe sterile field
n
Assistthe surgical team, supporting patient safety, completing surgical counts and documenting care throughout the procedure
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience.
n
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
n
Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
n
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
n
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
n
Ability to work a rotating roster
n
n
Remuneration
n
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$***** - $***** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
