We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead our store at Westfield Chatswood, and make it the ultimate shopping destination for Korean Beauty in Australia.
n
About the Role
n
As the Retail Store Manager, you'll be a leader in overseeing day-to-day retail operations, inducting, leading and developing the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. On any given day, you will:
n
n
Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.
n
Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
n
Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.
n
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
n
Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience
n
Provide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.
n
Collaborate with the founder, operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.
n
Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team
n




Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind
n

What You'll Bring to this Role
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
2+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role (beauty industry is a bonus!) .
n
Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
n
A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.
n
Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.
n
A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail workplace.
n
Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.
n
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working environment for the team.
