Job Description

Own and maintain the end-to-end Australia launch plan.
n
Track milestones, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, operations and marketing.
n
Run weekly project meetings, action trackers and leadership updates.
n
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
n
Support licensing, operational readiness, vendor onboarding and launch activities.
n
Maintain project documentation, timelines and executive materials.
n
Identify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions.
n
Support research, analysis, internal communications and launch planning.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2-5 years of professional experience.
n
Background in consulting, strategy, operations, project management, fintech, financial services or a high-growth startup.
n
Solid organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple teams.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
n
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
n
Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion or ClickUp is helpful.
n
Nice to Have:

Exposure to regulated financial services, fintech or licensing projects.

Experience coordinating international or cross-border projects.

Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
