Job Description
ATSICHS Brisbane is recruiting a North Team Leader for the Family Wellbeing Services to oversee frontline team performance and client outcomes. In this role, you will mentor staff, model best practice in case management, and drive service delivery across partnerships to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.

You will lead coaching, monitor client engagement, and use data to improve practice and client safety, wellbeing, and reunification where required.
