Job Description
Propeller is seeking a Site Support Technician to help customers master earthwork using our cutting-edge hardware and cloud software. You will serve as the hands-on link between DirtMate, drones, GCPs, and our cloud workspace, guiding customers from setup through issue resolution.

You will troubleshoot in the field, provide remote and in office support, and work within our Global Customer Support Team to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across all interactions.
