About the Role

Lead client-side delivery on medium to large-scale projects ($50M–$500M).
n
Opportunity to work across a range of projects including education, high-end residential, retail, hospitality, and aged care.
n
Manage budgets, timelines, and contractors while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
n
Mentor junior PMs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
n
Autonomy to make decisions and drive projects from inception to completion.
n
Exposure to an extremely exciting client base
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
5+ years of PM experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale or precinct projects.
n




Previous experience working for a client-side project management consultancy is a must.
n
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and mentor junior staff.
n
