Key Responsibilities:
n
Operate heavy haulage vehicles including oversize floats and low-loaders
n
Transport heavy machinery, equipment, and materials to construction sites
n
Loading and unloading construction equipment and freight
n
Assist with general site logistics and support tasks
n
Travel locally and interstate as required
n
Valid HR/HC/MC license (as applicable)
n
White Card (Construction Induction)
n
Loading & Unloading Tickets with a strong understanding of load restraint
n
Construction Tickets – Must Have
n
Crane Tickets – Highly Desirable
n




Qualified mechanic with Kenworth background – Highly Desirable
n
Kenworth mechanical knowledge
n
Tilt Tray Knowledge – Highly Desirable
n
Complete prestart and safety check
n
Must be able to provide a recent VicRoads driving report
n
Solid experience in heavy haulage and general freight
n
Solid knowledge of Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas
n
Willingness to travel interstate
n
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Commitment to safety and compliance
n
Must be well presented and take pride in maintaining equipment
n
