Job Description
Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst based in Notting Hill. You will lead and manage the customer satisfaction program, delivering data-led insights across the enterprise to enhance the customer experience.

Working with the CX and Engagement teams, you will analyse feedback, build dashboards in Power BI, train stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of surveys and reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace.
