Key responsibilities Plan, coordinate and oversee all office activities (HR, work health and Safety and admin staff) and all production activities to ensure targets are met on time and within budget Manage production schedules and resource allocation to optimize downtime Supervise and lead the production team, including recruiting training and performance management of staff Monitor production quality standards and specifications, ensuring they are maintained and improved Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across the production floor Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for directors Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage and inventory control Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records, minimizing inventory discrepancies Ensure effective warehouse layout and material flow Manage equipment maintenance schedules and oversee preventative maintenance programs Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as required
