What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in a Bistro environment
Thursday to Sunday availability an advantage
Formal culinary qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Reliable with excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a busy kitchen
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality dishes, including plate presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player to collaborate effectively with the team
