This is a growing Queensland law firm with a great reputation. With a passionate team and a focus on quality, they're looking for an in-house Finance/Accounts Manager to handle the firm's accounts function.

What Your Day Could Look Like:
n
n
Handling all Trust
Accounts/Bookkeeping
duties for the firm
n
Generating reports as requested by the Partners of the firm
n
Advising the Partners on anything to do with the Finance/Accounts function
n
Managing client payments and processing cost recoveries
n
Invoicing, debtor management, and end-of-month tasks
n
Reconciling trust accounts and managing trust investments
n




Handling general bookkeeping tasks including payroll,
payables/receivables,
and bank reconciliation
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Finance, Bookkeeping and Trust Accounting experience (3+ years is essential)
n
A background in professional services (legal, finance, real estate etc)
n
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
n
If you're an Accountant, you would have plans to complete your CPA in the future
n
n
