About the role
Join SATC's Event Acquisition & Development team and help
deliver Adelaide's Host City commitments for the **** Men's Rugby
World Cup.
You'll coordinate key projects, stakeholder
relationships and event activations that drive visitation and
showcase South Australia on the world stage.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the planning and delivery of Adelaide's Host
City obligations, ensuring contractual requirements and key




milestones are achieved.
Manage event projects, budgets and operational plans to
support successful event delivery.
Coordinate fan engagement, marketing and city activation
initiatives that enhance the visitor experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,
partners, government agencies and event organisers.
Prepare reports, recommendations and briefings to support
decision-making and project governance.
Ensure effective contract management, risk management and
compliance throughout the event lifecycle.
About you
You are a highly organised and proactive event professional with
experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
You
thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about
delivering exceptional events that create positive outcomes for
communities and visitors.
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in event, project or sponsorship
management.
Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship management
skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage
competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including
preparing reports and presentations.
Experience managing budgets, contracts and operational
delivery.
The ability to think strategically, solve problems and
drive continuous improvement.

This position is offered as an 18-month non-executive contract
at a classification of ASO6 ($105,747 - $111,854).
