Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team?
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic administrative assistant to work in our administration team providing support to a busy team of mental health clinicians and managers.
If successful, you will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Mental Health team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

You will be based at ESMHS located on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick.

Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:
Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload.
Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work workplace.
High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc).
Customer focused team player and willingness and ability to contribute to the overall performance and improvement of the Service's administrative support.
Use of Oracle, Toll, Finsbury, eMR, iPM and Winc, and willingness to learn other systems as required of the role.
