We're looking for compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Townsville team and make a genuine difference in the lives of the people we support.
? What You'll Do
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
Support community access, appointments and transport
Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support
Work across
SIL, sleepover and community support

✅ What You'll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability,
or relevant qualification
Current
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current
Blue Card for employment purposes
Current
First Aid & CPR
Current
National Police Check for employment purposes
Current vehicle registration and
comprehensive car insurance
Previous disability support experience is preferred, but we value attitude, compassion and commitment.
