About The Role
The role focuses improving the mobility, fall preventation and quality of life of our cliental.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments for older Australians.
Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
Provide falls prevention, mobility, balance, and strength programs
Support clients managing neurological and chronic conditions (e.g. Parkinson's, stroke, dementia)
Prescribe and review assistive technology and home modification recommendations
Liaise with GPs, specialists, and the care team to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with aged care standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3–4 years of physiotherapy experience, with a strong focus on aged care or community settings
Current AHPRA registration (essential)
Demonstrated experience working with elderly clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for person-centred care
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (travel across Brisbane South required)
Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People clearance (or willingness to obtain)
