Job Description

Northern Health is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse – Senior Clinician to join the Older Adult community mental health team. The role focuses on intake, assessment, and care coordination across home and aged care settings, with a preference for leaders who can guide teams in complex cases.

You will work in a agile, community-based service, using telehealth and in-person assessments to support patients aging with mental health needs.
