What you'll be doing

/n

This full-time position is located in our Castle Hill, NSW showroom, where you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, delivering tailored sales solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.

/n

Working hours include all days of the week, including Sundays, as required by business needs.

/n

/n

- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sales recommendations

/n

- Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities

/n

- Process sales transactions, including negotiating prices, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience

/n

- Maintain detailed knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions

/n





- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

/n

- Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers

/n

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service

/n/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n

- Proven track record in sales within the Luxury Automotive retail industry

/n

- Sales experience is required in both Automotive and luxury retail industries

/n

- Sales experience must be specifically in Automotive

/n

- At least one year of experience in the Automotive industry.

/n

- The one year automotive experience must be specifically in sales roles only

/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

/n

- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits

/n

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

/n

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

/n

- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs

/n

- A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles

/n

- A full driver's licence is required for this position

/n

- Works very well independently and as a part of a team.

/n

- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position or have valid Full Time working Visa
