To support this, we've created a recent Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerrole for an experienced recruiter who loves finding great people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things better.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage yourown portfolio of vacancies (frontline, leadership and hard-to-fill roles) whilehelping shape how we attract, engage and hire talent across the organisation.

/n

You'll act as atrusted partner to leaders to solve their workforce challenges, build talentpipelines, reduce reliance on agency/labour hire staff, improve recruitmentpractices and lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment outcomes andcandidate experience including our employer brand.

About you

/n

Recruitment is morethan a job for you, you're energised by finding the right person and understandyour impact on our residents and guests experience of Fresh Hope. You will have

/n

- Provensuccess recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, 100+ hires a year is a walk in the park for you

/n

- Strongsourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill,specialist or leadership roles

/n





- Theability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions witha diverse stakeholder group

/n

- A trackrecord of delivering projects or improvements to the candidate experience,recruitment lifecycle and employer brand

/n

- Balance delivering day to day recruitment outcomes while we worktogether to improve the experience for everyone

/n

- Newlycreated role with genuine opportunity to shape how recruitment isdelivered

/n
