Job Description

Baptist Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Senior Workplace Relations Business Partner to lead workplace relations strategy and partner with leaders across Australia to create secure, respectful and inclusive workplaces.

You will act as a trusted advisor, managing complex casework, interpreting enterprise agreements, and collaborating with unions, legal partners and senior stakeholders to deliver balanced, compliant outcomes while uplifting organisational capability in workforce relations.
