We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Safety Manager to join our Safety Team in Mascot, NSW. The successful candidate will lead the way in fostering a proactive, high-performing safety culture.
/n
This is a hands-on, standalone role with end-to-end responsibility for the safety function. This person will drive continuous improvement initiatives, influence positive safety behaviors, and work closely with stakeholders to build a safe, compliant, and resilient workplace.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Implement, maintain, and improve KONE's safety management system
/n
- Set safety objectives and drive management commitment
/n
- Lead safety committees and forums within the unit
/n
- Monitor compliance through audits and risk assessments
/n
- Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
/n
- Develop and deliver safety communication and training programs
/n
- Collaborate with customers and partners on safety initiatives
/n
- Support crisis and emergency response planning
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
/n
- 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in an industrial sector
/n
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and management systems
/n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
/n
- Experience in project and change management
/n/n
