Our client is an established and fast-growing landscape and civil construction business, trusted to deliver residential, commercial, civil and maintenance programs across the region. About The Opportunity
/n
This is a rare chance to take true end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of residential, commercial, civil and maintenance programs - from award, through planning, resourcing and construction, to financial close-out. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead Project Managers, manage client relationships, and be the driving force behind program success from start to finish.
/n
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
- Owning delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from award through to closeout
/n
- Directing Project Managers while retaining accountability for program-level outcomes
/n
- Delivering projects on time,
on budget and to WHS and quality standards
/n
- Leading procurement buyout, supplier negotiation and delivery budgets
/n
- Overseeing the yard, vehicle fleet, plant and equipment
/n
- Acting as the senior client contact throughout the delivery phase
/n/n
About You
/n
You're a proven construction leader who thrives on ownership. To hit the ground running, you'll bring:
/n
/n
- A tertiary or trade qualification in landscape construction, civil engineering, construction management, horticulture or a related discipline
/n
- At least eight years' experience in landscape construction, or a combination of landscape and civil construction, including at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects or teams
/n
- Demonstrated financial management of delivery budgets, forecasting and procurement
/n
- Strong working knowledge of the NSW Work Health and Safety Act and Regulation and relevant environmental obligations
/n
- A General Construction Induction (White Card) and current NSW driver licence
/n/n
