Gregory Hills Hotel is looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team. We're a busy, family-friendly venue with a great local following, so there's always something happening in the kitchen!

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard

/n

- Working across a busy kitchen during service

/n

- Helping with prep, stock and general kitchen duties

- Following food safety and hygiene standards

- Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

/n/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n

- Previous kitchen or chef experience

/n

- Someone reliable, positive and keen to get stuck in

/n

- Good communication and teamwork skills

/n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

/n

- Formal qualifications are great, but experience and attitude matter most

/n/n
