Spezia Restaurant, part of Florence Guild, is recruiting for a Venue Manager and Restaurant Manager to join our New Venue Pre-opening Team in Sydney. You will help shape culture, guest experience and service standards from day one, leading a high-performing team in a quick-paced luxury setting.
