About the role
/n
As a Teaching Fellow (Psychology),you'lljoin the School of Education and Community Wellbeing, whereyou'llinspire and support the next generation ofpsychologyprofessionals.
You'llteachacrossthe Bachelor of Psychological Science,and Graduate Diploma of Psychologydelivering engaging learning experiences in subjects such as The Evolution of Psychology, Lifespan Development, Brain and Behaviour, Fundamentals of Personal and Social Behaviour, Psychology of Personality.

You'llcombine outstanding teaching practice with digital capability, learning design and innovation to create learning experiences that are flexible, engaging andcentredaround student success.

Whatyou'llbring
/n
/n
- Master's degree in Psychology(or a closely related discipline)or a partially completed PhDisrequired; acompleted PhD is highly regarded.
/n
- Demonstrated experience teaching psychology in a higher education setting and/or relevant professional experience in psychology, with the ability to bring contemporary industry knowledge and practice into the learning environment.
/n
- Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin Higher Education
/n
- Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
/n
- Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
/n
- Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
/n
- A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning
/n
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills
/n
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
/n
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications (or working towards completion)
/n/n
