Job Description

Mercer is seeking a Team Leader – Intra‐fund Financial Advice based in Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and leads a team delivering quality advice, client outcomes and service delivery.

You will set goals, coach staff, oversee operations, ensure SOA turnaround times, maintain high advice quality, and build robust relationships with trustees and referral sources to support growth.
