Job Description
We're expanding our Operations team and looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Lead to join us in managing end-to-end execution of customer projects. This is a senior coordinator role with cross-functional influence, responsible for translating customer and product development plans into clear, executable supply chain actions.

Working closely with NPD, Sales, QC, and Finance teams, you'll lead project execution from the point of customer engagement through to delivery — managing timelines, purchase planning, supplier orders, and inventory readiness. You'll also oversee an offshore support team based in the Philippines, who assist with data entry, freight booking, and MRP coordination.

You will be part of a growing team of Operations Leads, each responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and overseeing end-to-end execution across procurement, project delivery, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities
/n
Project & Timeline Management
/n
/n
- Step into projects once customer interest is confirmed (post-sampling stage)
/n
- Act as the project manager for assigned customers, owning the full supply chain execution timeline
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams (NPD, Sales, Finance, QC) to track progress and close gaps
/n
- Conduct project kickoff and timeline alignment meetings
/n
- Provide customers with realistic lead time updates based on BOM complexity and global movement of goods
/n/n
Procurement & Order Execution
/n
/n
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely purchase of bulk, primary, and secondary packaging
/n
- Raise and approve purchase orders based on NPD and customer specs
/n
- Validate supplier timelines and plan procurement around critical path items
/n
- Ensure packaging and raw materials are produced and delivered in sync for on-time production
/n
- Liaise with suppliers, 3PLs,
and internal stakeholders to resolve delays or specification issues
/n/n
Systems & Data Oversight
/n
/n
- Oversee SKU creation process (via New Line Forms) and ensure accurate entry into Net Suite
/n
- Work with Finance to issue proformas, allocate deposits, and track project profitability
/n
- Approve all procurement and shipping data entries from offshore team for accuracy
/n
- Lead a team of offshore Operations Assistants responsible for:
/n
- Data input in Net Suite (sales orders, POs, GRNs, assembly builds)
/n
- MRP reporting and open PO tracking
/n
- Liaising with freight forwarders to arrange shipments based on Incoterms
/n
- Provide training, clear SOPs, and ongoing task prioritization for the offshore team
/n
- Ensure support team outputs are aligned with timelines and meet data accuracy standards
/n
- Coordinate inbound freight and outbound shipping with freight partners
/n
- Communicate with customers and internal teams on Incoterms (FOB, DDP, EXW)
/n
- Prepare final shipping documents, invoices, and product specs for handover to customer
/n
- Lead project closure with Finance, reconciling leftover stock and wastage
/n
- Evaluate margin vs. forecast, with learnings applied to future builds
/n
- Validate reorders against original specs in collaboration with NPD; flag and elevate any changes
/n/n
What You'll Bring
/n
/n
- 3–5 years experience in Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain in:
/n
- Beauty / Personal Care / Contract Manufacturing / FMCG industries (preferred)
/n
- Strong working knowledge of BOMs, supplier lead times, and critical path planning
/n
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite highly preferred)
/n
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills; confident dealing with multiple stakeholders
/n
- Comfortable managing remote teams and coordinating cross-border supply chains
/n
- Organized, deadline-focused, and solutions-oriented
