Southern Cross University is seeking an experienced Team Leader, WIL, to coordinate placements across health disciplines while driving improvements that enhance student, staff and industry outcomes. You will lead a large team of WIL Coordinators and act as the key escalation point for complex placement matters.

You’ll collaborate with academic staff and external partners to deliver high-quality placement experiences and support system improvements, including a recent placement management system
