The Career Connector service will get you ready for work faster. You will get personalised career advice, and the support you need to confidently access training, connect to local Jobs Hubs, employment opportunities, service providers, and other programs that you may be eligible for.

Searson Buck delivers the Career Connector service on behalf of the Tasmanian Government, Jobs Tasmania, in southern, northern and northeast Tasmania.

The Career Connector service is available to support people:

- that have lost their job or been made redundant in the last 12 months (including assisting applications to the Jobs Tasmania, Rapid Response Skills Initiative, that provides up to $3,000 to fund re-training)
- Tasmanians aged 45+ years
- Migrants with working rights and are unemployed or underemployed
