Our client is a leading mill manufacturer and distributor, of all things flour related, sweets and bakery products – offering healthier and unique options throughout Australasia.

About this role;

You will be reporting to the Mill Supervisor and responsible for running mill machinery, reading plans and schematics, monitoring the progress of a milling job, maintaining raw materials as well as finished products that are then prepped for transport or sale, and even maintaining mill machinery, stocktake and quality recording requiring a strong understanding of word, excel spread sheets and outlook.

Monday to Friday

Early morning 4am starts or later 8am-10am starts!!

You will be required, but not limited to preform duties below:

- Operate weigh bridge system
- Use SAP to request maintenance tasks.
- Understand and actively practice company and site policies,



procedures in line with legislative requirements
- Have a sound knowledge HACCP
- Participate in and promote a safety culture supporting the business to maintain a safe working workplace
- Understand quality procedures to ensure that product is tested correctly.
- Stock and quality recording
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Climb silo's to complete quality checks
- Strong written and verbal communication skill required.

Desirable skills will include:
- Previous weighbridge operations experience
- Forklift licence
- Able to clearly communicate a diverse team
- Able to work in a team environment

This is an ongoing casual position, offering 38+ hours per week.
