We are looking to engage an experienced Qlik Business Intelligence Specialist to drive the cloud modernisation of vital business intelligence capabilities within a high-profile environment. Partner with a collaborative, capability-focused team to deliver end-to-end Qlik cloud migration, governance frameworks, and data transformation.
Candidates with a Ngetaive Vetting 1 clearance will be preferred for this position.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end migration and enhancement of in-scope Qlik applications and data models from on-premise infrastructure to Qlik Cloud.
- Replace legacy static Qlik nPrinting reports with modern Qlik Cloud reporting solutions and configure GeoAnalytics capabilities.
- Establish and implement robust governance, change management, release processes, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Configure audit and monitoring tools while establishing explicit data model, dashboard, and development design standards.
- Author comprehensive administration runbooks and support documentation to enable seamless operational handover.
- Deliver targeted training sessions and knowledge transfer to transition solution ownership to business-as-usual (BAU) support teams.
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:
- Expert-level Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud platform capabilities (Tenant administration, Qlik Automate, workflows, webhooks) alongside Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven track record in physical data model design, migration execution, and replacing legacy Qlik nPrinting reporting suites.
- Superior data communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts for audiences of varying data literacy levels.
- Strong understanding of, or ability to acquire knowledge regarding, sensitive Indigenous data frameworks and the ability to manage data in a respectful, culturally informed manner.
