Department Overview Avigilon, is a global leader in the design, development, and manufacture of predictive video security solutions / CCTV including cameras, recording and management systems, software, and services. Our personal engagement with customers, resellers and technology partners drives the development and deployment of surveillance and security solutions with meaningful innovation.

Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Regional Sales Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be a home office based position from WA or SA and will involve domestic and occasional international travel.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

Exceptional sales and technical presentation skills

High level customer engagement skills

Broad network of SI partners

Proven ability to engage in the end user setting

Ability to present to C level suite

Proven experience in selling security hardware and software

Sales Process training is desirable

A sound understanding of IT networks be advantageous

Available for local and interstate travel

Stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities

Basic Requirements





Develop and Manage new business development across Western Australia / South Australia

Experience in electronic security systems

Leverage past relationships to grow account run-rates and create new opportunities

Develop Business & Go-To-Market strategies

Responsible for Selling & Marketing activities across Western Australia

Identify and implement Cross Selling activities
